Step 1: Business Registration
Business Activities is only permitted to carry out if registered and issued certificate of business registration by competent authority.
Step 2: Quality Standard Registration of Product
Before Goods are imported and circulated to the market, they should be notified in accordance with food safety regulations at Vietnam Food Administration.
Step 3: Get certificate of functional food advertising
In order to be able to carry out functional food advertising, enterprises should make procedures to apply for food advertising license at Vietnam Food Administration.
